Waffle Squadron Omega

Work on the first TRUE episode of the long awaited Waffle Sqaudron Omega web show is on a roll.  Principal photography has been completed and the dialogue has been recorded.  That’s really only half the battle, as I now need to edit everything together with backgrounds, music, etc.  Still!  Here’s a sneak peek at how it’s coming along:

I found this among some Joss Whedon news… It seems that Mr. Whedon has created a new internet mini-series, namely “Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog“.

From doctorhorrible.net: “During the WGA strike Joss Whedon started writing a three part musical series for the internet. Each of the three episodes will be approximately ten minutes each.”

Here’s the new video I’ve been promising off and on. As I’ve noted previously, this is more of an animation test than anything else, though I do hope you find it funny/awesome. It’s technically Waffle Squadron Omega - Season 1 - Episode 0, but it doesn’t really have much to do with the overall story. I figured I’d throw some WSO references in there anyway, though. That way, years later when we actually have a few WSO episodes out there, people can look at it and say, “Hey! Space Jersey!” or whatever. Anyway, enjoy!

Its now about 3am and just can’t get any sleep. So I decided to break out my pens and try my had at some doodling. yes I said doodling dammit, got a problem with that! eh..hem.. sorry. Anyhow! I did this up after looking at the old waffle site and thinking about the cartoon the guys was supposed to do. Would have been so cool, I was trying to convince them into letting me be a villain. Villains are the shiznit. So for you wallpappering, voodoo doll creating, otaku cosplaying pleasure; I give you my crappy doodle of Matt. Expect more sleepless nights to result in more doodles. F34r the doodles!
